Terms & Conditions

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing or calling us.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change. Photos may be used for promotional use on our website, Facebook page or Instagram.
  • We do not issue refunds for any missed classes due to your own circumstances for example, holidays, parties and illness's.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to unforeseen circumstances, Prestige Studios will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • If you choose to withdraw from a class we must be given notice prior to the next month commencing or payment for next month must be paid in full.
  • Prestige Studios has a zero-tolerance bullying and violence policy. Students who bully other members of the Prestige Studios community and/or use physical violence will have their membership revoked and they will be asked to leave. 
  • Examinations are not compulsory, but if undertaken require an additional exam fee. Extra coaching lessons may be arranged if needed, which will be an additional cost. Students are entered for examinations at the principals discretion.

Student Conduct:

Student's must:

  • Inform the teacher at the start of their class if they have a injury or illness
  • Wear appropriate uniform and footwear for all classes
  • Wear hair up in the correct style for each lesson
  • Be kind to their fellow students
  • Respect all teachers and staff
  • Treat all equipment with respect

All of our classes are held at The Space @ Leigh, below is terms and conditions to which we must follow:

  • No food or drinks to be taken into the studios only bottled water.
  • Please put litter into the bins provided, we work hard to ensure the building is kept clean and tidy at all times, we appreciate your help in keeping it like this.
  • Please help yourself to tea/coffee, we operate a honesty pot for payment, (children under the age of 16yrs are to be accompanied by an adult). Please ensure to clean up after yourself.
  • No outdoor shoes are to be worn in the studios, please change into dance shoes or socks before entering the studios.
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the building.
